Profile Grinding Machining

Suitable for machining a wide variety of shapes, the profiling process can produce various ultra-precision parts by magnifying the shape 50 times and providing custom processing down to 1㎛ accuracy. We adhere to the principle of “ZERO” defects by conducting frequent inspections before and after processing, minimizing unnecessary steps, and primarily using #800 finishing to maintain stable surface quality. This ensures that we deliver high-precision products to our customers.

  • We conduct wheel management twice a month using wheel-balancing equipment.
  • In order to manage dimensional changes due to minor shifts in machinery, we perform equipment condition checks with a high-precision glass scale.
