QC and Quality Improvement Initiatives

QC (Quality Control): To date, our inspection system, which has been the foundation of customer trust, is guided by the slogan "ZERO Defects." We have established a systematic inspection process from in-process inspections at each stage to inspections before shipment. We have also introduced a GRR (Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility) management system to minimize measurement errors by inspection personnel and equipment, ensuring stable quality, contributing to customer satisfaction and trust.

  • Minimizing measurement errors by managing instruments with high-accuracy glass scales
  • Utilizing high-performance measuring instruments for visual and various shape dimensions
  • Continuous quality improvement through weekly defect analysis meetings and continuous education by posting results
  • Introduction of the GRR management system to minimize measurement errors by inspection personnel and equipment
