Grinding Machining

The Grinding machining process is an important step that extends from the beginning to the finishing stages of production. Instead of traditional integrated processing, we use separate processes for Tungsten carbide and steel materials to enhance processing efficiency and quality stability. We use #600 finishing for Tungsten carbide materials, with the option to go up to #1000 when necessary. For steel materials, we use #400 and #800 to provide high-quality products to our customers.

  • We utilize wet machining to minimize the heat impact on materials caused by rough machining.
  • We enhance processing efficiency through the use of various jigs.
